Are they not addressing this issue by expanding to more trial sites in Aus and Europe? It may have come slower than you would have liked but they have addressed that. Admittedly they did not accept responsibility for this but do I think that’s a big deal? Not really. The main thing is they are addressing it and moving forward.

People seem to have turned like an angry mob on the management all of a sudden. These issues are not new and yet for some reason this AGM was the breaking point. The way people were spreading about this AGM being the catalyst for a rerate was foolishness.
Also it seemed like those who had begun to be skeptical of management who attended the meeting changed their tune and were back to being happy with them.

I’d be interested to hear Index’s point of view after the meeting seeing as they had turned from their positive slant to a more critical one in recent times.
