I don't think they had a choice. It's make or break time for PEN. They've ticked every box except produce. If they left it another year they'd need to raise at possibly lower levels as LT holders would still be expecting a CR. For me the best thing is that the weight of the CR is not on shareholders which can be sometimes be the nail in the coffin on big raises. I haven't got my paperwork yet but I'll definitely be taking up this offer if I get a chance. Only $3 mill up for grabs so shareholders will have to take what they can get.
