I had no involvement whatsoever with the 2.8 cent placement shares.
As FreddieFlintoff posted earlier its a characteristic of the ASX penny dreadfuls, with many brokers. You either accept it or bang your head against the wall. That's up to you (the fact you've lived in the Philippines surely you're accustomed to some pretty frustrating stuff?).
And by the way if you're in Perth you could have posed that question if you thought it an issue.
