Well there you go, it is for restarting Lance. Not certain what they are referring to regarding additional activities however I am happy we are moving to production. A lot more dilution than I was anticipated which is disappointing, the market may smack this in the short term due to the dilutionary nature of the announcement.
Long term it should be ok. what are others thoughts?
