agreed Arkie, nice candle on the charts, bounced off prior short term daily resistance at 2.4c and prior st intraday resistance at 2.5c, and didn't retest either level - a good indication that buy momentum is still in place. The stochaistic has crossed down from overbought territory, indicators on the weekly chart still intact. The most likely scenario in the short term is consolidation between the 2.5 - 2.9c range or the 2.7 - 3.1c range; before we can see the share price either breakout or breakdown. The moving averages are still moving higher and in bullish alignment. Current action favours further accumulation and a share price break to the upside... I'd also go onto predict that during the consolidation period, the technical indicators are likely to drift lower while prices are maintained, such that momentum indicators are likely to start from a lower level when the next leg up begins. My current projection is that the consolidation phase is likely to last another 5 days before we can see resolution - this may coincide with the expected news.
Would like to post a chart, but can't remember how :/
I don't hold atm btw, and might consider a reentry on a break of the 3.1c line. This number will like shift down as trading progresses during the consolidation phase.
Anyway dug up my last two posts commenting on the sp action on the 23/3; and they were pretty well on the ball.
"All management need to respond like that in their responses to the ASX...
at minimum 3.2c by close, possible target for today 3.5c... about to go like a ROCKET... tempted to add more at 3.1c :( resist resist
Stop losses at 2.7c and 2.9c"
"The bullish action in this stock finally came to a grounding halt late today, share price hit 3.6c (after briefly forming a bull flag between 3.3-3.5c) and couldn't go on, sign of exhaustion... imo from a trading perspective, will either fall back to retest prior high at 1.8c or will consolidate around 2.5c and 3.2c for a while before taking a direction either up or down.
Sold my shares today, my hands are as weak as they come for purely speculative stocks."
