I'm finally all out for an average of ~206c which means a total return of ~+4% in three years. I'll chalk it up to experience.
NHC is on a forward DY of 38% fully franked and therefore is much more deserving of my attention.
The risk reward equation is out of kilter when I weigh up the two stocks (of course in two completely different sectors).
