i think if STO does have a suitor, they will try everything in their power to stay STO. This will more than likely have them make an acquisition (as many companies in this situation do and where ESG will come into play), or arrange a deal with another group (I still believe AGL will play their part in all this and it wouldn't surprise me if they both merge).
Anyway, time will tell. I don't think we have to wait until the end of 2010. At some point in 2010, all cards will be laid out and we will know the final players and where we (ESG shareholders) fit in.
