your point about fund managers is correct. Although smaller more nimble hedge funds, and long only funds can buy the stock without reg approval, a lot of the bigger super funds, and offshore instos, will be waiting for the regulatory sign off before they are given the green light to buy stock. So, in fact this should see a new wave of institutional buying, and greater mainstream exposure almost the bigger players within the domestic funds insdustry.
