I think you missing the point of technical analysis all those things you say that are happening are reflected in the chart its the big picture of everything . T/A followers don't need to know the reason a stock is going up or down all we try to do is capture the bulk of the trend to get in early at the start of the uptrends and get out early at the start of the downtrends
in this case the triple top "set up " then the bearish cross on the 9 & 21 EMA,s signalled likely further falls when the share price was $5.10
