This seems to be the new norm as car parks are disappearing, left wing councils hate cars especially ICE and want to introduce new taxes all the time, especially the city of Melbourne.
The residents of the new tower are able to book a car and hire it out for an hour to days at a time for a small fee. it’s a great idea and incentive for city dwellers who like a lot of New Yorkers don’t go out of the city too often so don’t keep cars.
