Arbitration is a form of mediation that takes place outside of court. So for the time being - no court which = no legal/court fees.

In regards to a CR they still had 2.5 mil in the bank end of qtr and it clearly states that operating costs were so higj that qtr cause of all the fieldwork that was done.
4.5 mil in exploartion.. if some of that was upfront costs for drilling campaigns still underway. (Which some companies ask for).
CR will need to happen at some stage but not as soon as some of you non holder muppets are making out.
