Ahhhh, yes.
I can just picture old pld sitting in yet another “workforce management” meeting… looking old for the job he does … dreaming up yet another change in the end of year performance review policy. Where the poor sods employed under his watchful eye will need to decipher the waterfall, the growth mindset, the agile, the epic, the role model, the met expectations.
Feeling clever and patting themselves on the back, forgetting that all the poor sods put the minimal effort possible to get through the process, full in the knowledge that nothing will need to be revisited again until the same time next year.
Yup, a useful part of any organisation. More workforce management.
