For me the securing of the BAM site from SA governement owned utilities was one of the final ticks that the PEPR approval was close.
Along with the photos shaking hands with POSCO, reduced royalties and federal government committed financing. There's just too many reasons for this announcement on Tuesday to be anything but a tick. And then you have the substantial buying the last 2 weeks.
