"Placebo controlled" simply means an inert substitute to the treatment under test will be administered to randomly selected patients instead of the active treatment in order to maintain double blinding and avoid bias. The rest of the standard of care will be the same for all of the trial participants. Your lack of knowledge of clinical trials means your posts here probably cause a lot of confusion.
