I am starting to wish i didn't decide to look into this company!

RESOLUTION 4 - Why you should be very worried.

The revolving door of financial governance.

• Change of CFO 5 Oct 22 to Paul Burrows
• Why did Andrew Ford leave after just 1 year?
• 26 Nov 21 Change of CFO to Andrew Ford
• Why did Chris Scholtz "step down" and it looks like also left? I can see back in 2019 he was in the top 20. Be interested to know if that is still the case.

Now PWC as given notice of its intention to resign... Holy crap!
Way too much of a coincidence. Maybe PWC are not going to risk their reputation on the desired company spin. I can't recall EVER hearing PWC resign for reasons other than being placed in a position where their reporting was being unduly influenced by the management. I am quite a number of very senior connections in "the big 4 auditors" and this is alarming as an understatement.

", having been nominated by a Shareholder" ?? That is the due diligence? Forgive my dismay.
Resolution 4 should be a SOLID and resounding NO.

If that is it for selection criteria, pathetic.
Go to EY, Deloitte, KPMG..
Not suggesting the new audit firm is incapable, just saying the big 4 have much more interest in safeguarding their reputation than to be influenced by a company trying to smoke screen. They simply won't pander.

I hope Paul B can keep his head high and guide this company to financial credibility. Be strong & true Paul!
