Agree that there is always vested interest involved.
Whoever leaked it, don't know and don't care.

No smoke without fire, I'll say.

In so far as retail investors are concerned, if or when there is a takeover, bidding war, etc it will always be good for us.

We only need to be wary that we are not giving away our shares for peanuts.

For all those who bought in at mid 90's before the price came crashing to low 70's, this is welcoming news indeed.
