Well said LJD. You asked what benefit has Colinbrought to the company, and I wonder what has he achieved?

Colin ILES was a salesman from the metalsindustry and as you said, he was appointed a director in 2017, and then CEO in2020.

Colin supposedly had contacts with Australianand overseas steelmakers. Since 2021, APG’s Quarterlies have repeatedly advised“we are continuing discussions” with steel mills regarding finance for newpilot plant, or with an overseas company interested in advancing the ZIRP process.We have been told the ZIRP process is being relocated and the Newcastle pilotplant has been dismantled. What happened to all the equipment?

No significant work was undertaken on EL 5291,Nhill, and the planned drilling program was not undertaken (APG had no funds).An exploration licence requires the holder to undertake exploration inaccordance with an approved program. Colin’s excuse that COVID prevented APG’soperations was hollow, considering the amount of exploration being undertakenin the State all through the COVID epidemic. Consequently, the Nhill ELexpired, and it is very doubtful it will be renewed.

Seems like APG’s two assets are gone. We nolonger have a ZIRP test facility and we no longer hold the right to explore ourzinc discovery at Nhill, All under the “new management’s” watch!

The so-called “new management” board includesTerry Cuthbertson, who has been a director since 2001. He was appointedChairman in 2004 and has since signed off on all subsequent Annual andStatutory Reports. Was he not paying attention to what happening at the companyfor all those years?

APG requested the shares be suspended afterreceiving six queries from the ASX. It is likely the application for relieffrom non-adherence to disclosure requirements regarding past share issues willbe granted at the Court hearing now scheduled for 31 January 2023. Seems likemanagement has been dragging out this issue, the resolution of which is essentialto remove the suspension.

There are also five other ASX queries that mustbe answered before APG can apply to be relisted. We can only hope that APGmanagement expedites these as a matter of urgency.

LJD, in my opinion Colin has contributed nothingto APG.

Unfortunately, he is not up for re-election atthis year’s AGM. I leave the decisions on voting to you.
