I believe that's the point - Commonwealth, CMC etc are in the red on net volume so have offloaded shares ("dumb money" as they say, like me) but the "smart money" at the top of the list are buying. Interesting that the majority flowed out of Commonwealth over others, perhaps one or a few big holders rearranging things.
