Think the 2017 Rentails DFS projected capital outlay in excess of A$200mn. We are far away from having that cash-on-hand. Financing of some sort will be required. Further, unless the updated DFS due in Dec produces miracle numbers, Rentails ROI is likely to be subpar to Renison ROI (i.e. buyback).
