Numerous industry reports indicated that capex for new build projects in Australia had increased by around 40% in the space of 12-18 months. As this trend reverses and costs normalise, there is significant scope for capex to be materially lower. The figures presented in this feasibility study represent the worst possible scenario from a costs perspective. All IMO and GLTAH.
