If they do miss this ACC binding date I do hope management in future (and ive said this many times in this forum) adopt an approach of setting expectations better. If 30th Nov was unrealistic then tell the market 30th December and deliver it early December. Setting dates and consistently missing them as ive said before damages trust / confidence (like the boy that cried wolf) that people EXPECT TLG to miss a target rather than come in ahead of expectations. Again i hope im proven wrong and an announcement of binding is made tomorrow or wednesday. Have fingers crossed.
