Fundamentals haven't caught up to the narrative. If tech is successful, many years, and many hurdles away from production. Announcements aren't providing the confidence that the market needs, often posing more questions than answers.
In the short-term, trend is broken, and traders are taking positions. Short positions are increasing again. The next support is in the mid 80's.
