I agree that the CEO needs or needed to be more active with ANN but I guess a) that's his style and b) there is nothing that important to report yet.
In any case, I doubt any news short of a TA would do much for the SP at the moment. This is clearly an attack on all Li stock not based on facts so it's a hard situation to get out of until the BEOT decided it's time to buy back in.
