re: asic/asx req'd to investigate
Guys,
What massive insider trading that happened yesterday. The stock gets belted by insto's on massive volume for no reason.
ASIC needs to step in here and do a thorough investigation on the trading that happened in this stock yesterday.
Yesterday's trading in AUO was clearly not indicative of an EFFICIENT financial market system - a principle that ASIC/ASX are supposedly required to govern and control.
ASIC/ASX - Wake up and get you're thumbs out of your arses and investigate these issues and prosecute the offenders.
I was a lucky one and did not buy any stock in AUO, however, I am following this stock closely. I am observing at this stage, and from what I have seen, management have constantly disappointed the market on a number of occasions. Somewhat also surprised that the Goldman Sachs Group and JP Morgan were accumulating the stock given management track record.
