Nothing really new here. A few my personal points:
Not sure why the couldn't make a decision on this before the AGM, a little uncommitted to making a decision.
A little vague for me, sounds like they don't really have a long term plan beyond Blair Athol at the moment.
Looks like they want to off load RSA operations. Not really surprised, sounds like a bit of buyers regret. However, they only bought UNV a couple of years ago, perhaps they didn't get what they thought they were buying.
