A big welcome back to Mighty Mt Carbine toDDH1 Drillingfor our Phase 2 drill program of resource definition drilling around the Andy White openpit. The team received board approval last month for more than 3000 metres of diamond drilling ahead of the next stage in activities. Our geology team, led by Tony Bainbridge, has developed the Phase 2 program to test the western extension of the openpit orebodies as well as further examining the potential at depth of veins intersected in drilling earlier in 2022. One of the key targets is the depth extension of an intersection in hole EQ026 which hit 5.95metres at 0.94% WO3.
The 16-hole program is seeking to extend the 4.5 years of primary mine life at Australia's only producing#tungstenmine, on top of the 10 year low-grade stockpile (LGS) currently being processed.
