First he started blaming Maxwell, then the Board of Directors now the management team.

I'd say he has been banned and come back in another guise. Below is his first post under the current guise. He posted this in the NTU thread. Anybody notice the common theme:

The problem is the makeup of their Board/Management team, and the shareholding and nationality of the major shareholders, in combination with perceived diplomatic risks. For me they've always been a medium/long term investment, and I will continue to invest in them.
