A1M are stealing 1/2 of Demetallica - the valuation deal is brilliant as negotiated , and absolutely beneficial for AIC Mines for longlife mine security >10 years already.
Huge % greater ore and reserves once the deal is completed.

Excellent buying op for here longterm.

DRM needs to still be bought and converted also.
Then bring on Peake and Denison & further exploration results.

The valuation for Peake and Denison in the final Accept book- was wrongly low.
It quoted pre-drilling, pre the May- July drill programme funded by OZL and the validation of Tony Belperio and Glenn Little geophysical analysis .
The valuing appears as if it has been taken from last years valuation for DRM recapitalisation & IPO launch, after Minotaur takeover.

Oz minerals have committed to further ongoing expensive and complex diamond drilling to $10 million spend on basis of first stage drill programme.
OZL paid for this years drilling.

All of the valuation given for buy-out purpose does not value the significant company making position it brings to AIC with DRM and all the history and combined resources and land ex MEP/Breakaway, OZL and SFR JVs land amalgamated + DRM other significant exploration land as well as resources in greater Chimera & Nth Qld which brings so much value into A1M; but especially also Peake and Denison.
