I agree with you too an extent. most people on here are happy to read up rampers and down rampers as long as what is said is both factual and actual.
A lot of negative comments are just throw away lines with intent to create uncertainty
If you are going to post something and it has potential to effect price or peoples perception then back it up with real facts
