The involvement of Tokyo Gas and the terms agreed should give the project irresistable momentum and yet these BPMIGAS comments have been quoted by various journalists and seemingly responded to by Brian in the Jakarta Post so there's no point implying they are incorrect.
Maybe the officials quoted were not aware of higher level discussions between EWC,Tokyo Gas and BPMIGAS that may have hopefully have already occurred ?
it would be nice if we can get some positive clarification soon.
