and as for Alta Fox having a say in the voting last week....who knows; the AFR article only says 'sources', but not who, and also 'it's not known' if they were pushing for anything........just that the substantial shareholder notice came from a lawyer previously engaged in some activist investors......seriously the media (AFR) are getting worse than the old gossip magazines

as to what you can do with 6%........I don't know, but you would certainly need some other holders in your camp, and seems unlikely that some big institutional client would put their faith in a small fund investor in the US with limited exposure to EML over a new CEO who has just laid out her long term strategy for the company (both remediation and the consolidation of multiple acquisitions)
