this just keeps getting better. From the other announcement today re issuing securities:

7F.01 The purpose(s) for which the entity is issuing the securities
To provide an employee incentive to reward the performance of the Managing Director and to provide cost effective
remuneration, enabling the Company to spend more of its cash reserves on its operations.


So Mr Barton has presided over the company that has seen a significant shareprice fall and yet he gets a large salary increase and now has been granted performance shares.
