How Telecom treated their customers with contempt.
Not much has changed these days,even myself went against my promise to never deal with them again and joined for a short 6 months period and had all my services with them.
Nightmare after nightmare!!
They could not run a chook raffle.
At the end I put so much pressure on them that I got a credit of $700. plus 2 HTC mobiles and 2 Modems out of them for free.
The staff is so paranoid with all the complains they get daily ,that they dont argue anymore,they just give you what ever you want ,just to settle the dispute.
