Going on a few recent shareholder placements (GGP at 3.5, QPN at 0.06)I'd suggest there is a very good chance people who apply for the full allotment would either get all of them or near that amount. Both GGP and QPN did not even raise enough in these placements to avoid the underwriters taking up 40 to 30 percent of total placement.
But then again this one could be different.
