    Has anyone read the gnspa prospectus to check what it says about rights of security holders?
    Are 'substantial shareholders' required to disclose trades of this magnitude for this type of security in the same way they are for ordinary shares?
    Important to know who is selling and who is buying when it is of this magnitude.
