A dart is a small pointed missile. It does not use a bow.
To dart is to spring or move suddenly and rapidly in the same direction. (ref. Oxford Dictionary)
I believe this is what Dart Energy is going to do and its SP will shoot up very suddenly and rapidly. It does not need a bow. So watch out BOW shareholders!!
