Management are quite simply not up to the task. You are only as good as your Management Team are. Whteher you Manage a Fruit and Veg shop to a Menswear department in Myer, if you dont have competent people driving it forward it simply is not going to work....
Buffet generally buys Companies based on a solid Management Team running the show.
The right folks running HIO will get this across the line.......IMO x
