it is often said but as rare as hens teeth, when someone like POSCO want in they will be offered their 10% requirement in new shares, more than likely at the current share price of the day, no way in the world would they be buying on the market regardless of what DC or anyone else says now. Institutions could be a different story but likely to be a placement as well.
