Company clearly advised on 24th Nov they had received commitments to take up shortfall of CR at 3c. Therefore simple - they have now completed that issue - placement and as is great for those that took up CR offer it is great for those that took up shortfall. Great also we have more working capital that the original CR wanted to achieve but original offer fell short.
One could speculate on possibility I think you are alluding to re take up of short fall days prior to release however non issue as it still was in cap of original CR offer.

End result is what matters now. Progressing on these results at HZ with jorc - and growing shareholder value which was under duress as they drilled everywhere searching for better targets. Having HZ up their sleeve to progress in the meantime. The grades are consistently high as opposed to some company jorc's - we just need infill drilling and extensional drilling to confirm its uniform and extend width and we know it's open N/E which the CR is funding now and which appears highly likely.
