1 I am not sure if it should be Square (horizontal to X axis) or drawn on the same angle as the P1 P2 line
2 I am under the impression that the width equates the larger distance from (P0,P1) or (P1,P2). Do we start pivots at the median line and repeat at the end of the first OR are there other rules on its commencement within the fork.
