the last car I bought was a demo model 3 months old, just because I wanted that colour, it was an imported car....
    took thousands off the price....

my criteria for a car, is the look, shape...I just assume everything else works normally...
I like the look/ shape of the Hyundai Tuscun or Sante fe
( I was going out on a limb here, since the Hyundai seems to have a good name) and its a lot cheaper than its competitors...I have not test drived one yet...assumed it would be normal....ie not a fred flintstone thing

or the bmw 4wd....with a similar shape.....I will never drive anywhere that requires a 4 wd....and I dont like those little teensy weeny things, or the toyota rav

I was not after a Toyota...
I do less than 5000 klms a year....
naughty, public transport at the door, used it once, dont like it, so just driving around locally.....
but sick of the old car.... has less than 50,000 k's on it
otherwise I like the Audi, and the Nissan has some great styles
alternatively I could go back to a 1964 2 door Falcon futura....I loved that car, or the 75 xb GT FAlcon 2 door....it was good for a serious drag at the lights
or some really good drags up the hume freeway...

I used to like the Studebaker, 2 door ..like the coppers patrol cars...it wa s another good drag machine....
all cars were hotted to the max....

here is a list of the Toyota recalls...some are over 5 years old...
