Rant away. For whatever reason, this sort of tech doesn't draw much interest and maybe won't do so until the numbers get healthy.

On the numbers score, one that isn't so healthy is time. Assuming a greenlight, those annual payments from QGC are still a long way off. How far off is income from other new-tech projects? Given the development timeframes and the lack of any other FS, it could be quite the wait and maybe this is what puts people off. Hoping that increased capabilities give PWN a decent chunk of the design-build income.

While I'm optimistic about the QGC deal, I'm disappointed that it's the only FS. New-tech expansion is going to be so very very slow unless some more projects step up in the near future.
