I just took the 810k and applied it to the 20 mil to get the 4%.
As to the free options : "The Joint Lead Managers are to be issued with broker options to be issued on a 1 broker option for every four (4) New Shares issued under the Placement. The broker options will be issued for nil consideration with an exercise price of $0.28 and exercisable at any time over a three (3) year period from the date of issue. The issue of broker options is subject to shareholder approval."
