Kibaran (EGR, formerly known as Kibaran) has
engaged GR Engineering Services Ltd (GRES) (ASX:GNG) as the lead study manager. GRES is the Company’s engineering partner for the development of the Epanko Graphite Project.
What, that's pretty interesting. GR Engineering is the same company they've used for the Kwinana plant
engineering works in February 2021 - which also has lead to nothing.

So Epanko has been deemed viable since 2015 - what have they been doing for 7 years?

Epanko Mining Licence GrantedThey had the mining license granted in 2015!!!
Kibaran Resources Limited (ASX:KNL), (‘Kibaran’ or the ‘Company’) is pleased to announce that its
Mining Licence for the Epanko Graphite Project has been granted by the Ministry of Energy and Minerals of Tanzania. The licence was signed by the Minister of Energy and Minerals, Honourable George Simbachawene (MP) on 13 July 2015
and was the remaining major milestone for the Company in terms of Government permitting for the project. The Mining Licence allows extraction and processing of graphite, covers an area of 9.49 square kilometres and is
for a period of 10 years, the maximum period under Tanzanian legislation but renewable for subsequent 10 year periods.
The licence encapsulates all mineralized zones, including those areas where additional resources are expected to be defined and supports the Company’s previously reported (ASX 19 January 2015) planned production growth strategy from 40,000tpa to 100,000tpa.

When you say 'imminent', i just remember how long this has been going on for and how long everything has been 'imminent'. This company has been fluffing around for many many years. Their mining license will expire soon for Epanko (unless they've already renewed it - sorry, i cant be bothered to check).
What i know is, they initially were talking about Epanko (and the other parts of the business. 3 businesses in total). Then after a few years passed they stopped talking about Epanko and started focusing on the Ecograf recycling. And now they're pivoting back to Epanko and from what ive read from other posters, looks like they've stopped talking about Ecograf recycling for now??
