I'd be interested to know how the sale price is going to be worked out. Is the sale price going to be worked out like a take over offer where there is some sort of marching to make the take over acceptable. I expect the SEC will pick up the employees who will pick up all the perks of working for the government. I can't see how that will be more efficient. The only benefit is the government get. implementing control over the transition to expensive and unreliable renewable power.
