POS Offtake Agreements

I believe that it is possible for POS to sign a 4 year deal now, to supply smelter grade concentrate, and also proceed with the 2.2mtpa option to produce coarse feed for PBT.


One way to do that would be to start producing smelter grade concentrate from Black Swan as per the BFS, then switch supply source to Lake Johnson when BS needs to be readied for 2.2 mtpa.

Lake Johnson could be developed into a producer whilst BS is producing and earning revenue. Some of these earnings could be used to initially fund Lake Johnson development, supplemented by commercial loans as necessary.

THERE IS THEREFORE NO REASON WHY BLACK SWAN CANNOT BE STARTED NOW, BASED ON THE CURRENT BFS.

No reason at all, especially as we, reportedly, have so many suitors knocking on the front door right now, and we are checking them out one by one in the salon.
