Been having a rethink
It looks real risky to sell shares in the expectation of getting what you want in SPP.
So could be better off not doing that.
Even if you get funds for SPP another way your money is still tied up until you actually get the shares. So again maybe can use that money elsewhere.
Maybe the SPP is not all it's made up to me, could only get a 1000 shares etc.
