No - once you have got to 90% the balance is bought on a compulsory purchase basis. Right now KIN and an associated shareholder now have about 12% so all they need to do is to is get to 78% (where about 76%) and a deal with KIN - who say that they do not wish to block a full takeover but "want a seat at the table" no doubt to toll mill some of their nearby ore. I understand if GMD close the deal and wait 4 months they can do a "special" deal with outstanding Shareholders to get to 90%
