    IMO this will be the new entity that is floated on the HKSE - CCC Mining Group Limited (definitely not a T/O).

    Logically Ding should be done in China now. Off to Africa to lay the first stone maybe? IPO 6-12 months away IMO!

    All in all very positive!!
