"victim of time" The CN issue was perfect timing for whsp to use 15% of shareholder value to grab at least 5% of the company-The victim was the shareholder
"borrowed money to buy other assets"- there were none - mt arthur was off the table and the only other acquisitions i remember , would have been petty cash by that time , plus they had sold Lenton
"they are addressing some of it now with buy backs"- by buying back 5% (with $300m potential dividend) after just giving it away, and who is the major beneficiary
